How Resin-Bound Paving fits in

Resin bound is made by mixing washed aggregate with resin before the material is hand-trowelled over a prepared base. The result is a smooth decorative surface suitable for driveways, paths and shaped areas. Its performance still depends on sound groundwork, correct levels and suitable drainage.
Resin bound can provide a hard-wearing finish when installed over a stable, correctly prepared base using a suitable resin system. No surface is immune to movement beneath it, so cracked or failing groundwork must be dealt with before the resin is laid. Regular cleaning also helps protect the appearance.
Aggregates are available in a broad range of natural colours and blends. Borders, edgings, walls and steps can be coordinated with the finish, and we help you compare the options against the brickwork, roof and surrounding paving so the result suits the property.
